This isn't a real post since I don't have much time and I haven't uploaded my latest photos from my camera. But I wanted to post something since it's been a few days. To my loyal readers, I apologize for the semi entertaining soon!
In the meantime though, it's Poker Night at our house right now. I was the first out tonight (that has never happened!!!) and I'm sitting here, waiting for the game to end. We had 12 all together and luckily, hubs it still in it. We're paying out through third place and four are still playing. I hope he lasts through at least one more all in!!
I'd also like to give a quick shout out to Stephenie Meyer, author of the Twilight series. I read the first book on my work trip and it was super good. I quickly bought the second one and it's been tough to put down. I never thought I'd be so in to a teenage vampire love story but I heard about the series on NPR last spring and since then, I've heard rave reviews from others. I'm definitely addicted!!

i never thought i would be so hooked to a teenie bopper series like twilight. it's classic romance and mystery, but i still love it. i'm on book 4 now and excited to complete it. i've been borrowing them from the school library rather than purchasing because they are cheaper that way. happy reading. ;0
I felt the same way. I never would have read it if I hadn't heard such good reviews. A friend of mine (who is opposed to all the anit-feminist ideas it portrays) says its like porn. I'm halfway through the second book and although it's not as good as the first, I still have trouble putting it down. I can't wait for the movie!!
